Unless I am missing something, I cannot find the term "OC" anywhere on the ad unless looking at the scan of the card. If someone were to buy it would they have a legitimate argument for a refund if they paid say $300 for the card and found out the full story. I believe PSA in the registry knocks an OC card down two grades, so when someone says that an OC PSA 9 is x amount of $, shouldn't they be completely honest and give a price in the PSA 7 range.
