1950 Baseball Charms Question

I just came across this item that must have been part of a collection I picked up years ago. Its a plastic "case" with 8 small plastic charms inside with pictures of baseball players in the charm and on the case is a sticker that says "1950 Baseball Charms". Are these worth anything? How many different charms did they make?
