mickey's sportscards recent 1969 topps auctions...

for those of you into 1969 topps this is (ex-post facto) information, but interesting nonetheless. tonight mickey's sportscards unloaded about 20 psa 9 1969 topps cards. most were HOF and low pop cards as well, I am pretty sure they sold over $5k worth of cards in 2 hours.

i don't have a bob gibson from this year yet, so i was eyeing the psa 9. it sold for over $600+, so i quickly passed it up.

i track 1969 cards pretty religiously on e-bay, so this particular group of auctions was exciting to watch unveil to me.

did any board members buy any of these cards by chance?

I watched the 1969 PSA 9 Perez close at $231. It is the same card he purchased from Ebay about a month ago for $169 so a nice profit on the turn.
