Card Size Larger Than Normal?

I believe this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find it in old threads...Is it possible to have cards that are a little larger in size? My particular card ('71 Topps baseball) came from a vending box I believe. Has anyone tried to submit cards like this to PSA, and what were the results?

    If one card is cut too small it stands to reason that another will be larger. I remember a lot of 1982 topps baseball that was oversized in vending (and generally with bent corners due to movement within the box).
    My focus, 1970 Topps Baseball Raw and Graded, pre 1989 PSA Hockey and 1933 INDIAN GUM ! Yikes!!

    All of my other cards are the same size and I have one that is larger...
