...to get them graded by PSA Gem Mint 10?

Very tough. You will likely nick an edge trying to shove them in there.

I know, I know... Just had to do it. Seriously though, how is it to get a high end MINT 1970's Topps fooftball card graded PSA 10?
Very tough. Some of the years are easier than others. 71 is a near impossibility where, IMO, 77's are one of the easier issues in the 70's. I think 73 and 74 are also tough because centering was brutal. The 78 Dorsett and the 77 Largent have some print issues. I think 75 is also an easier year. 70's when crisp usually fair well.
I know this was kinda all over the place but I have bought a lot raw from all these years and these are what I found. Hope it was helpful, titlechanger
