Question about this months Modern Special ?

I have a submission already to go in with this months Modern SPecial when I thought I would check the the details of the special one more time. I notice it says 25 card minimum(which is no problem) but it also says $100 maximum value. Now if I am submitting 40 cards that means the overall value I assign to the cards must average less than $2.50 ?? That pretty much means no star cards can be submitted in my submission, and I must assign a value to each card that is less than what it actually cost to get graded. Am I reading the special details correct??

you are not reading it correctly.

it means that you may not submit any card at this special rate
that has a book value of over $100.

so in theory, if you submit the minimum of 25 cards and they all book at $100
then you would be send a package with a book value of $2500

Thanks that helps. It would be a little clearer if it said $100 maximum per card.
