1949 Remar Bread Billy Martin Question

Anyone out there familiar with these? Little info from ebay search...I have the opportunity to pick one of these up in PSA 5 shape PSA/DNA autographed. Are these PCL minor league cards, and how scarce might one of these be, the price tag is not too scarry but I must admit that I haven't a clue as to value...ANY help would be greatly appreciated for this neat looking little card

    Remar issued cards in '46, '47, '49 and '50, skipping '48.
Being somewhat ugly and paper stock and minor league (albeit a minor league that was higher in caliber than a lot of major league teams) they have never been that popular. '46 and '47 are a bit tougher, '49 and '50 really easy. I know of one dealer with stacks of each card in pristine condition from the last 2 years, if you need any more.
The key cards in the run are Stengel ('46 and '47) and Martin. Other notables in there are HOFer George "Highpockets" Kelly (as a coach), Ernie Lombardi, and Cookie Lavagetto.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's
