i went to altavista babelfish and converted the text from german

they look like highway tokens to me... i just guessed from the wording since noone else was guessing.

Babel-fishing (is that a new verb?) the word "hallenbad" brings up "indoor swimming pool". So I'd say that the first two are pool admission tokens ("adult" as opposed to "child" or "concession") from the city of Frankenthal, in the state of Rhineland-Pfaltz, southwestern Germany.

The 3rd. one seems to be related to Vietnam.

Qui (Qu) Nhon is a city on the coast of Central (South) Vietnam, and I have found this about the United Seamen's Service.
No idea about the "RVN".
