Help with this 1968 Topps Basketball issue - I've never seen it before

Does anybody know what this is? I've never seen one like this before. It almost looks like a three panel sticker or something. Is it rare, or have I just never seen it because I don't collect vintage basketball?

1970-71 Topps Trios

I believe this was an inset in packs.

The picture on the left says 1968.

These Topps Trios are inserts from the 1971-1972 set. They are hard to find in nice condition due to the black borders. Kids back then used them as stickers, further depleting their numbers. Also, the 1971 unopened packs are now very, very tough to find.

It says 1968 N.B.P.A. which is the first year that Topps and the NBA signed a contract to make cards again. Remember there is a 1968 Topps test set out there. But they are from the 1971-72 set.
