Is that still within the centering standards for an 8?

It's generous.
I see it a lot with the 63F BB set.

Actually, it's about a 62/38, believe it or not!
(measurements determined using JRuler)
Left border = 25 pixels (62.5%)
Right border = 15 pixels (37.5%)
T/B = perfect
L/R = 62.5/37.5
Grading Standards =
PSA 10 = 60/40
PSA 9 = 65/35
PSA 8 = 70/30
So, it's well within the tolerances for a PSA 8. If PSA is true to their standards, then centering wasn't what kept this card out of a PSA 9 holder!

I also came up with 62/38 with jruler, well within PSA 8 guidelines.
