Usually not, but a player collector might give you a couple bucks. Recent UD Promo cards that have "Promo card" stamped on them, or cards with pictures or designs that vary from the actual cards, are better than promos that are identical to the actual cards. Older promoscan be quite valuable, though. It depends on what exactly (obviously)

Wherever you want. But you can't get away with calling a Mike Schmidt rookie a $5 card, prices have to generally be in the ballpark. Most guides are pretty similar, remember the SMR is for PSA graded cards only.

    Promo's are worth something

as for the value ..............you determine that by what you think it will grade against the SMR.

example: card is of mantle, it is a 66 and you feel it is a near mint card. go to the smr and see what a 7 is and use that.

the value you use will determine the shipping cost back to you.

    hope this helps.

edited to add: you feel it is a near mint card .........use the psa 5 value in the smr.

I like Promo cards! I remember when they were the rage in the early 90s.

My favorite are the Shaq cards from the National in 92 and some of the Classic Club cards - I have quite a few.

At one time, promo cards were selling at hefty prices but the bottom fell out.

But since some may be more scarce than the regular issue cards...who knows? Down the road - someday - the promos may be all the rage again and in demand?

What the heck...I'm a man with a dream!
