Conder-- do you have a title for the book? I couldn't find it at Amazon or when googled (though I did run across the name Al Boulanger). Was it privately published maybe? It sounds like a really neat book (and I conveniently have a birthday coming up in a couple months...).

Al Boulanger is a really nice coin dealer out of Fishers (Indianapolis), Indiana who also specializes in NCLTs. I know he was out of the reference book mentioned last time I saw him at the FUN Show, but if you PM me I will be glad to pass on his email address. I should also say that there are numerous coins with pigeons or doves depicted on them, but I can't say if they are racers.
If Al was out before I doubt if there will be any more of them printed. By now it would be ar enough out of date that it would really need to be updated and I don't think he has any plans to do so.
If he doesn't have any more I do have a copy and might be able to run off a photocopy of it. It might even be worth someones time and effort to bring it up to date, and possible even expand on it. (Not me I don't have the time.)
Thanks for the input. I have a business associate, collector friend who used to race pigeons in another life. I thought a coin depiciting a racing pigeon might be a nice thank you for his non-numismatic business. Please PM if you comes across a coin that clearly shows a racing pigeon. Thanks again to all.

But it requires allot of research......
