I do, but it depends on your definition of UNC.
Granted, many 61s and 62s are not, especially ones with scuffing on them, as I have seen so very often. Heavily bagmarked pieces at those grade levels certainly qualify, though - "no wear" being the key.
Many define UNC as requiring the coin be BUFL - certainly MS61 or 62 does not qualify as UNC if that is the operating definition.
