How will a slight pen mark on the back of a card effect its grade?

it will have the qualifier MK on it....

The precise grade won't matter all that much. Marks are killers to a card's value.

Depending on the card, a mark may not totally kill the value. Vintage cards (pre-war) don't suffer as much from a MK qualifier.
