Grade review question.

Hello. I purchased this coin some time ago. Today when I looked closely at the coin, I spotted (no pun intended) this area on the reverse:






The coin is graded by you as MS 66 FS, however I do not believe the spot was on the coin when I purchased it. What should I do? Should I send it in for a grading review?
