lighting is the same just different angles - two sun lamps and natural sunlight...

It's especially tough with coins that have a lot of color. Here's what one of my better "color" ones looks like. Still, not quite there yet, but working on it

That last one is stunnig!
Try using two lights, one at 2 o'clock and another at 10 o'clock, and see if you like the results better....Mike

I have never got a picture that does the coin justice. I try every once in a while though. She just does not like to have her picture taken....
