definately makes a case for sniping , he would have probably got the card for 1/2 the price

dead on pack collector. he could have gotten many years of a snipe service for what he lost. he opened himself up for a big overpayment.

Claude was pictured not once but twice on Topps cards with his fly open. 1966 and 1967 when he played with Houston.

There are 83 PSA 1971 Topps Registry Sets, and 16 sets, over 80% completed, and 14 sets at 90%+ comptete! The top 20 sets are all with grades of 7.0 and better, so with only 13 PSA 8's and 1 PSA 9, being a common (i.e., claude raymond) or not, just do the math here!

These 1971 Topps guys, just seem to have deeeeeeeeper pockets than most, and a real "thirst to complete their sets in PSA 8 or better"!~~~~

Take a "peek-a-boo!"

edit: a few years ago, I tried to buy some '71 Topps PSA 9's. Well the bidding was like those '71's were 1955 or 1952 Topps PSA 9's, and not '71's!

Take a peek at the scans of the '71 OPC Team Set (Expos) being offered:

EXPOS TEAM SET

Notice that Claude had two different 1971 OPC cards, I guess because he was an Expo (i.e., OPC being Canadian issued!) player? You can see both examples, plus the reverse side of the #202 card.
