Better than I thought on the DAC heisman cards and the contenders rc's. I was hoping for a 9 on one of the Bettis rc's but that's ok. 8's sell well enough. All in all, a great submission! Worth the wait.

Everything but the stuff for my heisman set is available if anyone is interested.

Edit: Ah ha. Turns out the Weinke and Baker are both pop 1/1 with none higher. That's always nice. Somebody on the Heisman registry want to buy them from me and offer me a 1 grade downgrade. image

I actually picked up every one of these heisman cards off ebay. I did very well with them I guess. image

Nice results. I wish you hadn't removed the cards' certs. I was going to scheme the 1996 SP 17 ERIC MOULDS N/A 9

jmbkb-do you need him in a 9? I was thinking he might have been an upgrade to my 9 and gotten a 10. If you need a 9 I'd be happy to offer him up to you. If you were just being facaetious then.... image

    Very nice.

Especially the Ryno! Would like to see it when you get them back.

I pulled this one out of a vending box last summer - don't know if you remember my 83T vending fiasco.

How close was the Matty to a 9 - I really like that card! Remember when that was the hottest card on the market? Of couse I was also buying boatloads of 90UD with my son also!!! image

    Thanx for sharing

Mike-The Ryno was pulled out of the vending box I got from BBCE the same time you got yours. So I'm happy. The Mattingly is from the cello box I got at the same time. I think the centering might have kept it from a 9. I didn't measure it, knew it was close and I felt the eye appeal was good enough but guess I was wrong.

The rest of the stuff was either pulled from random bowman chrome packs, in fact the Balentien Blue Ref PSA 10 was the very last pack in a box and I figured what the heck. Worked out well... The rest were ebay purchases with the exception of the Ron Dayne, that was a trade with a fellow mod from SCF. And the 90's SP cards were pulled from a dollar box at a local show. image

I am surprised by the grades on the DAC Heisman cards, I had them as 7,8,7. They are notorious for chipping problems, and mine aren't all that much better than some I've seen that I thought would grade much worse. Now I wish I had won all the guys cards. He had the other 2 I needed but my bids fell short. Oh well.
