should i be concerned

Hmmm

I'm the seller. Two buyers bidding each other up...one has no feedback and registered on Jan 16th. Another has private feedback with a low positive rating. The price has gone beyond anything i expected.

Should i be worried or just bask in the glory?

let 'em fight it out, then just hope you actually get paid.. if not, file an unpaid bidder and get your money back from ebay..

Ditto. What's to worry about!? If they don't pay then you deal with it. Otherwise, just HOPE! Good luck.
  • I wouldn't worry too much for being stiffed for $20 or so...if it was over 500, then I would be concerned...
  • Don't you just love it the way newbie bidders just nit, nit ,nit away at the bidding? I've had several auctions like that - and I've gotten (over)paid every time. I had one item, a vintage Sports Illustrated, that I had listed for 7 days with no bids. I relisted it, again with a starting bid of $2.99 and 2 newbies started duking it out. Total of 19 bids and sold for $27.50!! That same evening, 3 other auctions for the same item all ended under $5.00. Gotta love it!

I know it can make a person uneasy seeing a -0- feedback bidder, but I've found that they pay promptly and are pretty good customers. And they usually pay too much. image

    Good Luck.

With all of the commercials eBay has these days I am sure new members join in drones everyday. I ask that bidders with under 5 feedback email me first, but it is usually never a problem. I get stiffed more by 100+ buyers than 0s
