    Yes, I was their cheaper service I believe. I think you can expect at least a grade to two grades lower if you cross over to PSA.

    Some time back, in my constant quest for a decently centered '69 Lou Brock, I picked up a nice-looking example graded BCCG 9 for $20.50, with a view to PSA crossover.

    Too good to be true, you may well say and you may well be right for when I got hold of it and had a good look, I got the distinct impression that Lou had had a "close shave" to improve his eye-appeal. Not worth wasting crossover fees to have it cracked out and returned "Evid. Trimmed".

    So I put it back up on eBay, expressed my doubts up front .... and got $187.51 for it!

    The moral is: I had a very lucky escape, you mightn't be so lucky.
