Currency of Transnistria

Are looking for information about coins and notes from Transnistitra, the small "rebellious" republic on the right side of the river inbetween Moldau and Ukraine. They are parts of Moldavia but, it seems, gives out there own coins and notes transnistirarkopeks and rubles which can merely be exchanged in that country/republic.



I´ll include a picture of the currency which I found. Any info appriceated.

They just came out with a bi-metalic coin featuring a bat. I'll post an image when I get them in.

I'm not sure if that qualifies for my 'one from every country', but hey why not. And with a bat on it--that would be a first for my collection--Please post it when you have it .
