Invalid Cert #

I did a quick search on the board and didn't find a topic about this, so....

I got a card that, when I try to register it, says the spec # is invalid. I tried to add it a couple times within the past 30 days or so, but it hasn't been fixed as of this posting. It says it sends an automatic email to the powers that be and let's them know to fix it, but I don't think that works. What is the customer service email or who do I contact to let them know my problem?

I've xeroxed the card and faxed it to Cosetta's attention and it's always been taken care of within hours.
did you use the cert lookup first to make sure it hasn't crossed up in the data base?

  • Yeah, the database recognizes it like it should. What is Cosetta's email? Thanks.

  • It's kind of funny. The last six months or so any cards that gave me the invalid spec were fixed within 24 hours. Now I have two that have been more then a week and still nothing. Guess I will have to fax them as well.

  • Cosetta had told me that they are working on adding new cards to the registry, but are very behind. She said they are still working on additions from Oct/Nov. I am waiting for many cards to be added to my player registry.
