Is PSA working today?

In other words, is today a "business" day for the submission clock, or is MLK Day observed at PSA and the clock starts running again tomorrow?

    they are working today and today counts in the timeline for grading deadlines. I spoke with customer service about an hour ago about this.

    PSA hierarchy and all other employers, should show respect and observe the Holiday. Or at least, pay their employees time and 1/2.

    How do you know they're NOT paying their employee's 1.5X?
