Low number of PCGS quality top notch graders limiting submission throughput?

I am curious if you feel the grading process is what is keeping turnaround times longer than you plan for?
Is there any other part of the process slowing down the receiving, grading, verification, encapsulation, and shipping?
I am now at day 120 and counting for my platinum club membership package (no graders involved yet)
Talked to customer service last month (gave a new address although the old one is still valid), called again last week, I probably will just call every week until it shows up.
