I know I always bang my head wondering how seller's postage rates from certain countries are so high. Is it just the seller? or are the rates really that bad?

So I was thinking it might be helpful to have a list of the official postage rates for as many countries as possible. If you have a link to official postage rates anywhere, even if not in English, please post it here. This can be a valuable resource for all. If I have the time, and patience, I might even make a nifty international rate calculator webpage.

Yes international rates from some countries are high. Sometimes they are very high. I regularly have shipments of things from Europe for business, and I have a Son in Norway as well as a Daughter in Quebec. It is very high for them to send things to the states.

There are also e-bay sellers who add too much to the shipping costs from overseas just like there are sellers in the US who add too much.
