Hey guys,
I've decided to do a giveaway here on the world and ancient forum.
Although I don't reply to many messages on here, I do read pretty much each and every post.
What a wealth of informantion and expertise we have here. I am doing this giveaway in gratitude for all I have learned on here over the past 5 years.

I can't promise that there will be much in terms of high value coins in the giveaway, but it will probably be a bit of a variety.
I will also be adding some paper money from the Dominican Republic into the giveaway. I was vacationing there last week and I grabbed a bit of the local money just for kicks.

Post to this thread for the giveaway. I will be posting the winner or winners on thurs or friday.

yea, its about 33 pesos to the dollar at the moment

funny seeing cars on car lots in some of the towns with 6 or 7 figure pricetags in pesos

Same here! Thanks again, Jeff! And we both commented how interesting it was for the Dominican Republic to actually put security threads in Spanish through their paper bills when they are worth so little - - do people actually counterfeit those? I guess if you add those pesos all up..........
