Warning about eBay seller rgreene101

I bought a Buffalo commemorative from this guy. It had some milk spots, so I told him I'd return it. He said it didn't have milk spots when he mailed it, and then announced that he had a no-return policy, a little detail that wasn't on his auction page. I'm reporting him to eBay. Stay away from him! I want to save you all the trouble of dealing with this crook. (Also, he's illiterate.)

Unless an ebayer states they have a return policy I always assume they don't take returns.

I had a seller once who claimed a MS65 saint had no spots and was dazzling. Wouldn't you know it had stains and spots not visibile in the photos. Since he refused a return, we exchanged negs. And no, he had no stated return policy one way or the other.

I wish I could nail him with feedback, but I gave him good feedback after a cursory look at the coin. It was only the next day when I saw the spots. Because I paid through PayPal I have to lodge my complaint with them. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Yeah, next time ask about a return policy before bidding.
