OK, I'm new here and could not pass up the opportunity to use your expertise about a situation just like this one. I am certainly not a dipsh*t and fully well know the impossibility of this guy having an "authentic" Honus Wagner (with such a conveniently affordable opening bid, lol). But my question for you guys is, in the picture of the card it looks so old and beat up. So what happens, does he take a reprint and beat it up? Use a scan of the real thing, then send you a reprint? Or just recreate a beat up/aged looking card with "modern technology" and then just print it out? I didn't realize there was such a high percentage of fake cards out there being sold by a**holes passing them off as the real thing (of course the Honus Wagner guy is just a dope). It was a question about authenticity of a card that originally led me to CU and I'm really thankful that you guys are here, and keep people posted about this kind of thing. Any info would be cool, Thanks man
