313 grader theory

I really don't think there is anything to the "313 grader of death theory". Here is a listing of a few of my cert numbers with submission date. As you can see, it appears that they are using numbers sequentially...

Cert numbers – Date submitted
3109xxxx – 4/12/05
3109xxxx – 4/18/05
3110xxxx – 4/22/05
3114xxxx – 5/23/05
3118xxxx – 6/29/05
3118xxxx – 7/5/05
3124xxxx – 8/30/05
3132xxxx – 11/1/05

Note that my one submission with certs beginning with a 313:

There is more than one 313 and they all take turns.

Possibly the numbers assigned are just 31 for the grader, that gives 1 million slots to that assigned #.

Perhaps the grader's code is 31, not 313.

Unless there are/have been more than 100 graders, there would be no need for 3 digits.

the discs are round if I am not mistaken and 10's are usually what they get.
