When Wilma knocked out South Florida a while back, a bunch of relief workers from Texas were camped in a field not far from my house. Every now and then I take my dog up to the field and let him run.
After the guys had finished and left the area I took him up there and about halfway across the field I look down and see $2.43 in change laying there.
Probably one of the guys were working under some of the equipment and it fell out of his pocket. But I had to laugh because this is one of the better finds that I've had and I didnt even bring my detector.
