Just Returned from NYINC

Looks like a good turnout....but of course this was the 1st public day. Many dealers there, not a lot of empty tables.

A good selection of Roman material (my collecting interest) as well as general darkside stuff, a lot of which was slabbed....moreso than before.

Anyway, bought a nice piece from Tom Cederlind, who was very polite, pleasant and professional. I'm now on his mailing list so I expect to get his mail buy/bid catalogues from now on.

If you can make it then it's worth an hour of your time to wander the bourse.
Rufus T. Firefly: How would you like a job in the mint?

Chicolini: Mint? No, no, I no like a mint. Uh - what other flavor you got?

  • I really wanted to go but some work came up at the last minute.

Hopefully I can take an hour for lunch and take the subway up there.Reminder to anyone in NYC the subways are on a real messed up weekend schedule.

If I go I'll take some pics.

thanks coinmickey for the first report and who's the good guys there.
