Better for grading: Regular cases, rack cases, or vending cases

I am sure this has been asked before. If you were going to buy an unopened case, what would it be? Would it be a 20 box wax case, a rack pack case or a vending case. I am considering buying one and am curious what would give me the most PSA 10's for the money?
