Tell me again- does anyone grade hand-cut box cards?

Does anyone grade the old Topps/OPC box bottom cards? Seems I remember that SGC did but I don't know if PSA ever started.

Yes, PSA will grade them. I just checked the pop report and they are listed as "[year] TOPPS BOX PANELS HAND CUT"

I would imagine there are donruss and fleer ones as well but I didn't do any other digging.

They do - but it is wildly inconsistent. I've had mine returned 3-4 times after they graded them the first time. And a fellow collector I know had his returned 6 consecutive times before PSA finally slabbed them.

I would ship a print out of one that has been graded along with my submission if I were you.

For reference, I saw the 1989 Topps Box Panel Hand Cut. There were 2 Mike Schmidt's graded. one 8 and one 9.

The PSA 8 is. I believe Tim Orff has the PSA 9. Let me be clear, though - those two cards were submitted approximately 12 times to result in two graded examples.
