<< <i>Yes, PSA will grade them. I just checked the pop report and they are listed as "[year] TOPPS BOX PANELS HAND CUT"

They do - but it is wildly inconsistent. I've had mine returned 3-4 times after they graded them the first time. And a fellow collector I know had his returned 6 consecutive times before PSA finally slabbed them.

I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
<< <i>For reference, I saw the 1989 Topps Box Panel Hand Cut. There were 2 Mike Schmidt's graded. one 8 and one 9.
ms-Are these yours by chance? >>
The PSA 8 is. I believe Tim Orff has the PSA 9. Let me be clear, though - those two cards were submitted approximately 12 times to result in two graded examples.
