Question about the PCGS Guarantee

Mr. Hall,

When I first started buying coins when I was a 9-year old, I always thought it would be neat to have a proof v-nickle. Taking the advice from a dealer to "buy the best coin you can", I went ahead and bought this coin:





If I remember correctly, it was pretty white when I bought it. But since then, it has turned in it's holder.

Does PCGS's guarantee cover "dipped" coins in OGH holders? If so, how would I send it in under the guarantee?
