Combining Free Submission Vouchers

I just renewed my PSA membership and will soon receive the free 6 card submission voucher. I also have one free submittal for my WIA set hitting 75% and another one for a card that was returned to me marked "NOT HOLDERED MISCUT". Is there any way to combine all of them into one return shipment so I don't have to pay 3 seperate mailing costs? Any help would be appreciated.

  • I think you're out of luck warhound.

I'm pretty sure you can send all 3 in 1 box but they must be seperate submissions and will come back seperate. Saving on the shipping to PSA (all in 1 box) is about all you can do.

  • This is a stupid question I'm sure - can you have sets in the Registry w/o being a "member" of PSA?
  • Actually, yes you can. I registered my sets prior to getting a PSA mambership. The only stupid question is the one that isn't asked.

    Me too.

You do not need to be a member in any capacity to create your registry sets.

    ACK!

Wish I had known you could do that (suppose I should have just asked)

    (&$(#*$&@#($!@^(

Could've saved me about $90 in return shipping costs. I finally quit requesting the free vouchers for my 75% complete sets because by the time I paid to ship them there (even if I combined them) the return shipping was about $16 a pop. It was a better deal for me to pay the $12/card 5 day and include the one I would have gotten graded for free on that sub instead. Maybe I'll go request my freebies, I have 4 coming and I think one or two at my house still.

Ok - right now I have three free submissions (two for one card and one for 3 cards). Are you saying that I can send in one submission to grade all 5 cards that I only pay return shipping once? If so, that is great news because I didn't want to pay $10 shipping per invoice to only grade a card or two.

    Greg M,

Yes I filled in the card info on the first 16 lines........under that and writing very small I filled in the following (for example)

1972 Topps Cailfornia angels team set;1 free : 256765652 1973 Topps Cincinatti reds team set 1 free :25677897
1973 Topps California angels team set; 1 free; 256787655 1968 Topps Cincinatti Reds team set 1 free ;25677888
    1972 Topps set; 5 free 258765443

    etc.

The numbers I show here are ficticious but represent the FREE Submission numbers that I was emailed.

  • You can only combine the vouchers if they are for the same service level.

If you have 2 vouchers from 2 separate orders for Regular service, you can combine these on one form, you can even add additional cards at this service level and pay the fee for those.

You can not combine vouchers for different service levels ever so you would not be able to combine the voucher for your complimentary submissions with another service level.

And as always, you can not mix tallboys, coins, pins, etc. or raw, reviews or cards for crossover services.

  • Does the free submissions apply to all sets including the player sets? If so do the master and basic count as two different sets?
To redeem you simply call customer service?
