Full Step Jefferson Nickels

Has PCGS changed the qualifications to receive the "FULL STEP" designation on Jefferson Nickels? Specifically, in the past a SMALL tick that did not go all the way through a step would not keep it from receiving a "FS" designation. Has this changed?

Hi Gary,

We have not changed the standards for "Full Steps." Cuts thru the steps are still a non-starter.
