1952 Topps Mantle Question

I am negotiating with someone to purchase a 1952 Topps Mantle. He has a PSA 4 and PSA 5. I do not have scans to share. Both cards are centered with no tilts. The PSA 4 presents better then the PSA 5. The PSA was knocked down due to a wrinkle on the back. Does anyone know the market value of a nice PSA 4 or PSA 5? It seems that SMR is not the true indicator of market value.
