Set Registry Special CONFUSION

Anyone else confused about the set registry/collector club specials? They have changed them several times... I have packages on the way to them that no longer fit the January special, as well as a few ready to go that I don't know if I can mail now (what a hassle to redo the forms!!!!) and more that I was planning that will have to be aborted. Anyone else having issues too?

    It is frustrating. I just got off the phone with a customer service rep and she was not familiar with the confusion with the website. I asked if they were going to honor the original error turnaround times, etc. and she said no and turnaround times will vary. I cannot figure out it could happen that an error could be on the sight for so long. I can see a day but it was on there a week.

  • I just talked to customer service as well. Apparently there were two errors.

    The 1972-present Modern "Set Registry" special did say "your grades will be available in approximately 5 business days". That was a typo, it has been removed, and they are not honoring that because it also said "no turnaround guarantee".

    For the January "Collector's Club" special, they did have the wrong image displayed, that indicated a $5 modern, no limit special. That has also been corrected, but they are honoring any orders with Modern cards/ less than 25 cards/ $5, that were mailed before the image was changed (today?).

    Everything on the site now is correct.
