How does one ask PSA if they grade a certain series?

I have a 1964 Detroit Tigers milk bottle cap set that would look cool graded. Each cap has a staple through it?

Will they grade them with the staple? Apparently all came with a staple.

If they grade such a thing [I'm thinking not] - it would have to be submitted through their coin service - much like Topps Coins, pinbacks, etc. that PSA does grade. E.G. Seperate submission form and fees.
