Finally got my login...been collecting for a while, just got back serious...have learned a bunch, especially that BCCG is a crock of $hit when it comes to grading....learned the hard way, overpaying (paid a little less than PSA 9 for a card that was BCCG 10)...it would probably grade a 7 maybe 8 MC as the side was all but butchered...unreal...will never make that mistake again....I had already bought it and was thinking of cracking and sending in to PSA, but not even worth the waste of time/money....

Gonna start out by starting a 1985 Donruss Registry set....it will take a while, but look forward to the challenge...

anyone want to pay PSA 9 for a BCCG 10? lol

Yeah I wouldnt give a BCCG card to my dog! BCCG is a joke with a capital J

Thanks all....I appreciate all the info that I have read to "catch up"....started collecting w/ 35 cent packs of 81 Donruss....oh the days to pull a $1 Pete Rose and wait for Beckett's yearly price book....

Welcome sandman!! I don't need a BCCG 10, but if you had been here a couple days earlier we could have pointed you to a real nice Honus Wagner T-206 for only $25k on Ebay.

Welcome Sandman. I love the 85d set and opened a rack case about 6-8 months ago. Good times!
