Question on Modern Day Special

When they say excludes autographed cards.....do they mean ALL autograph cards including the certified ones that came out of packs?
I have about 30 of these I would like to send in. Thanks in advance.

    This is at the bottom of the special so it appears the new from manufacturers cards can be included.

    **Autographed cards from the manufacturer from 1998 to present are allowed on this special. All other autographed cards must be submitted under the Autographed Card Grading and Authentication service

    It appears that the special has been changed. Did they do away with the $5 special. All I see now is the $13 per card special. What happens now to those of us who were going to submit under the $5 special, will they honor it?
