    Mike, thanks for the concern, the earthquake was very strong, but fortunately its epicentre was deep underwater, otherwise there would have been many victims and damages. I was at home when it happened, (checking once again my Heritage bids!) when the whole house started trembling for about 30 seconds. My house would have been ok anyway, I was much more concerned with the 4 storey adjacent building and its (mostly elderly) residents.
