Off topic --Yahoo Widgets and PSA

Anyone know of, or use WIDGETS ? Yahoo has a new version out that im using and they have some very useful little programs. Well, I was just wondering if anyone here is into that stuff and knows how to make a custom widget? I was thinking a widget made to check the status of a PSA order would be one great tool.
