My opinion, that right edge might knock the grade down to a PSA 8.

80's stuff seems to chip easily.

How's that lower right corner look under magnification? It looks to be a little chipped from the scan. If that's the case, you've probably got an 8. I've seen some 9s (and even 10s) get by with a little edge chipping though.

I think strong 7 or maybe an 8. corners except for lower left looked a little touched.

The scan is 300 dpi and will show up everything. I think my main issue is the way the upper left edge looks to go toward the right at the very top of the card.
