1883-O VAM 22A "Elite Clashed Morgan" - Super CD - Hot 50 - Discovery Coins

Not thrilled about this post. I'm in need of some expensive dental work, don't have insurance, and don't want any more debt. May be selling many coins in the near future.

I have an 1883-O VAM 22A graded by ANACS as AU58. The VAM 22A is listed in Mark Kimpton's new book on Elite Clashed Morgans (Super Clashed Dies). It was also mentioned in the December 11th 2005 issue of the VAM-E newsletter. It has a faint partial clashed "E" on the reverse and a clashed "O" mint mark on the obverse. Last I knew, there were only four VAM 22A coins known. It's also on the Hot 50 list. An AU example sold in 2004 for $1000. I'm hoping Mark's new book will spark some interest in the Super CD collection. I'd like to get $1200, but will listen to all offers.

I may also be parting with the majority of my "Discovery" coins. These are Morgan and Peace dollars, common dates, some circulated, some uncirculated. All are graded and slabbed by ANACS as "Discovery PC". Have no idea what they're worth, but I know $5000 will get you a nice set of ten coins and copies of the original letters from Leroy Van Allen.

I can provide more details and photos for anyone seriously interested.
