centering help

Side to side this card looks good but top to bottom I dont know if it falls with the guidlines for a 10. I appreciate anyones input.

jruler.exe says the top border has 16 pixels and the bottom 22, which equates to 42/58 top/bottom.

How are those numbers (42/58) figured using 16pixels and 22pixels?

I guess if there's 16 pixels on one side and 22 at the other, there are 38 pixels of border.

16 divided by 38 total is 42 percent. That's my guess.

Back to the important topic.
