this staredown is from a k1 fight on new years eve.. Heath Herring vs Yoshihiro Nakao..

Nakao decided to kiss Herring on the lips during the staredown and got KTFO cold.. he was out for a good 7 or 8 minutes laying on the mat..

no, they didnt fight, dude was carried out on a stretcher, but it was still the most entertaining "fight" of the night..

heath didnt even hit the dude full-on, but homeboy was out cold..

i think its hilarious..

read the story at the link above, because the american dude, heath, got gang attacked in the hall by like 8 guys as he left after they carried the other guy out.
