Sending a psa card back part deux

Has anyone ever sent a psa card that you purchased second-hand back to psa to have them remove a hair or some type of substance that was sealed up in the slab? I was just wondering if this would be a free service being that it wasnt on your account when the card graded?

I think Vargha had a problem like that at one time.

I think he just kept it though.

I am sure if you email Gayle she will advise you as to what you should do.
