PSA/DNA AUTO QUESTION

A couple of quick questions for the board experts in this area.
My cousin wants me to look over his baseball autograph collection from the early 70's. I believe everything is on small sheets of paper(3" x 5" at the biggest). He is in need of $$ so I might offer to take them off his hands if the price was right. I know he spent a lot of time at County Stadium in Milwaukee in the early 70's so they are legit and there are HOF players in the lot.
Question #1-What is the charge to submit a single signed piece of paper/index card to PSA/DNA to be slabbed authentic??
Question #1b-Is it a flat fee or do star players/HOF players cost more??
Question #2-What is the charge if there would be multiple autographs on the index card??
Question #3-Is it worth spending the money doing this?? Is there a market for maybe more obscure players from that era or is it all about the star players??
Not sure if I want to slab it to keep it or do it to flip it. I mean I know they are real but selling them raw could hurt the bottom line.
All opinions welcome!

Answer to Question #1b - some stars/HOF are more.
Answer to Question #2 - Charge for multiples is (deep breath) price of highest priced star, plus a premium for number of sigs.
Answer to Question #3 - Probably not worth it for 1970s players with few exceptions of course (hard to get, deceased, and HOF). I mean, do you really want to pay $20 to slab a Sixto Lezcano sig? Local guy in SF area had a nice lot of about 150 autographs (3x5's) from the early/mid 1970s including Banks, Mays, and McCovey and only got about $75 for the lot. They were all good too.

Hope this helps. If you have a list of the sigs why don't you pass it along and I'll let you know if there are any rarities there. I was very active in that field in the 1970s, and can probably help you identify any you can't tell too.
I find their submission forms to be a bit confusing. If I just want to send in a card, have it authenticated and slabbed with just the grade of authentic what do I need to do??
Thanks
<< <i>In terms of your first two questions, Moosedog isn't exactly right with his answers. You can get an autographed 3x5 (cut or index card) authenticated and slabbed for a flat $20 fee, whether it be Babe Ruth or Sixto Lezcano. No difference in player for this PSA/DNA service, provided it can fit into a current slab. I'm not sure about the cost for authenticating and slabbing an index card with multiple signatures. I know Moosedogs answer is correct for items that go through the full PSA/DNA process. >>
The fee is $20 if the item is valued under $500. The fee is higher for higher valued items - but you'll need to confirm w/ PSA the exact amount.
