Collectors Universe SERVER issues.

Is David Hall aware of the problems that have been going on with the Collectors Universe servers and if so, is he aware that they are getting worse day by day? Also, if so, does he plan on fixing the problem or letting it ride like what has been going on over the past few weeks or longer?
